How do I return or exchange my MAGVIEW gear order?
MAGVIEW will accept returns or exchanges on items intact with their original packaging and in new condition within 14 days of original ship date on items purchased directly from Magviewgear.com. Please fill out our Return Form for a Return Authorization number. All returns are subject to inspection prior to credit being given. Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
What is the MAGVIEW warranty policy?
MAGVIEW systems are manufactured in the United States with high quality materials by expert craftsmen and are fully guaranteed against any defect in materials or workmanship. MAGVIEW reserves the right to make changes or substitutions on warranty coverage for any reason, including repairs needed due to improper use, accidents, or normal wear on the finish of MAGVIEW products. Will this work on a rifle scope?
MAGVIEW adapters were specifically designed for use on spotting scopes and binoculars. We do not recommend using MAGVIEW adapters due to the eye relief required on rifle scopes. The distance between the phone and the rifle scope will result in poor image quality.
Does the MAGVIEW Phone Plate effect wireless charging?
Yes, the MAGVIEW Phone Plate may prohibit the use of wireless charging. We are currently looking into alternative solutions to resolve this issue.
Will this fit my spotting scope/binoculars?
The MAGVIEW S1 and B1 adapter’s universal design allow them to fit on a large variety of optics. Please see our Fitment Guide to learn more.
The B1 Binocular Adapter fits eyepiece sizes 38.5mm-43mm (1.5in-1.7in).
B1 XL – Fits eyepiece sizes 44mm-48mm (1.73in-1.89in)
The S1 Spotting Scope Adapter fits eyepiece sizes 51mm-60mm (2.0in-2.36in).
S1 Mini Fits eyepiece sizes 38mm-49mm (1.5in-1.93in).
Can MAGVIEW Gear be shipped internationally?
We currently ship to all US and Canadian addresses, however many international distributors and retailers carry Magview products so you may be able to find them at a retailer near you.
