MAGVIEW will accept returns or exchanges on items intact with their original packaging and in new condition within 14 days of original ship date on items purchased directly from https://magviewgear.com/. Please contact our customer service at customersupport@magviewgear.com for a Return Authorization number or call 608.855.5700. All returns are subject to inspection prior to credit being given. Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
MAGVIEW systems are manufactured in the United States with high quality materials by expert craftsmen and are fully guaranteed against any defect in materials or workmanship. MAGVIEW reserves the right to make changes or substitutions on warranty coverage for any reason, including repairs needed due to improper use, accidents, or normal wear on the finish of MAGVIEW products. MAGVIEW adapters were specifically designed for use on spotting scopes and binoculars. We do not recommend using MAGVIEW adapters due to the eye relief required on rifle scopes. The distance between the phone and the rifle scope will result in poor image quality.
Yes, the MAGVIEW Phone Plate may prohibit the use of wireless charging. We are currently looking into alternative solutions to resolve this issue.
The MAGVIEW S1 and B1 adapter’s universal design allow them to fit on a large variety of optics.
The B1 Binocular Adapter fits eyepiece sizes 38.5mm-43mm (1.5in-1.7in).
The S1 Spotting Scope Adapter fits eyepiece sizes 51mm-60mm (2.0in-2.36in).
